Creation

Libigoos are a species with a background full of myster. Some believe they were created by man for the desires of man, but it isn't entirely clear.

What are they?

Libigoos are gelatinous monster like creatures. They have no bones or organs. Their only purpose is to eat and devour their victims.

Diet

They are strictly carnivorous, eating mainly people, anthropomorphic creatures, ect. They use their bodies and flavors (as stated before) to attract and entice victims. They will lure prey, initiate some form of sexual intercourse, and then devour them.
(however, this does not apply to Socials. Socials eat meat, but have learned to consume and enjoy other kinds of food, as to not put others in danger. Socials will be explained later)

Gender

They do not have real sexes, but can identify as specific genders. Most of the time they identify as gender fluid, both, or neither. Some have been known to keep to mostly male or female. All Libigoos have the ability to change what appears to be their reproductive organs.

Reproduction

Libigoos cannot reproduce sexually. It's said that two parent Libigoos can combine their genetic material and form a "puddle". This Puddle will eventually grow into a Libigoo. This does not happen too often, however. For Libigoos do not age and do not have a real need to procreate.

Forms

Libigoos can come in all shapes, sizes, and forms. Some are dragon like, canine like, or feline like. In some rare cases, some are bird like. Some can be strange combinations. Some are thinner, some are chubbier. They usually have tails.

Flavors

Every Libigoo has its own flavor. These flavors are generally sweet or tangy, like candy or desserts. They use their flavors to entice and keep victims with them longer. When two parent Libigoos create their own Puddle, this results in combo flavors. (IE: a chocolate and strawberry libigoo would create a chocolate strawberry puddle).

Colors/Patterns

Colors and Patterns generally match their flavors. That being said, colors can range from neutral or to more saturated hues. Sometimes a Libigoo can have a conflicting appearance and flavor. This is a rare occurance though.

"Hair"

Libigoos can have what appears to be a hair that can come in different styles. All styles are rounded, no matter what though. There are no sharp angles or points on a libigoo.

Eyes

Not all Libigoos have eyes. some are technically blind. These kind are known to have large ears to help make up for their loss of sight.

Ferals vs Socials

There are two groups of libigoos. there are Ferals, the ones who remain in the wild, and socials who have learned among civilized people, things that would normally be their prey.

Trophies/Accessories

Libigoos will take things from their victims and wear or use them. A lot use the bones of their victims to give themselves teeth, claws, ribs, spines, ect. They dont serve any real purpose except to alter their appearance. Libigoos can also take watches, rings, bracelets, ect. Whatever they find interesting they will take for themselves.

Relationships

Studies have been attempted to understand if these creatures are capable of creating any kind of relationship with other creatures. So far, there has not been much success. In rare cases, Libigoos can be coaxed to let their prey live if they can find more victims for it.

Other Info

Libigoos are generally solitary creatures, but when if you happen to run into one, you'll more then likely run into others not long after.

Socials

Accessories/Clothing

Socials can still wear accessories, but have given up on wearing bones. Libigoos don't wear clothing, even being part of civilized living. However, it was agreed upon that if Libigoos were to be with civilization, that they would have to hide all genitalia, as well as nipples for female formed Libigoos. It's in fact encouraged that if the libigoo normally has breasts forms that they flatten out their chests. Libigoos are very reluctant with this rule but comply.

Relationships

Socials are, obviously, much more social. They have learned to be a part of civilization, making actual relationships with others, having jobs, homes, ect.

Other Info

Socials still have a need to act on their sexual impulses. Because of this, you will see a lot of libigoos in open relationships, or strictly sexual relationships with others. A lot work in the sex industry, including porn, stripping, and sometimes prostitution. However, these can be dangerous situations, as they have known to spark their natural hunger for humans, anthros, ect. However, Libigoos can control their urges to the point of losing their interest.
